I had the same thing happen, Josh. Only I was warping nowhere at 1km/s, and my ship was almost perpendicular to the light streams that usually indicate direction. It was fun.

Actually, I found that if you switch from window->full screen or full screen->window mode, that'll clear out the local bug as well. This will also clear out all the stuff that was said up until the point you switched modes. Our system usual...
